IMPORTANT: All cancellation requests must be received more than five business days before your subscription is renewed — no exceptions can be made. If we receive your cancellation request more than five business days prior to your renewal date, you will not be billed for that month’s package. If we receive your cancellation request in five business days or less of your renewal date, you will receive that month’s package and not be billed the following month.
